The Descent Method

This is not the next thing to try.
It is the layer underneath everything you have already tried.
The place the mind cannot reach no matter how clearly it sees. The body knows it. The womb holds it. The lineage carries it.This work is for the high-capacity woman at a threshold. The one who has spent years holding this exact threshold for other people; the therapist, the somatic practitioner, the body worker, the coach. The one who has never once been held through her own descent, with the same depth and understanding she gives everyone else. The woman leaving a relationship she built her life around. The one walking away from a career that consumed everything she had.The one in the thick of matrescence, standing in her own kitchen not recognizing herself. The one whose identity has quietly dissolved and who does not yet know who she is on the other side of it.The one grieving a pregnancy, a version of herself, a life she thought she was going to have. The circumstances are different. The through-line is the same. She is intelligent, self-aware, and has done the work. She can trace the wound back to its origin point with remarkable clarity.
She is exhausted by how little has actually changed at the root of it.
She is not broken. She is at a threshold.

Who I Serve.

There is a particular kind of woman who finds her way here. Some of you are standing at your own threshold. Matrescence, loss, a life reorganizing itself around you. I see you, and there's a place for you in this work. But a good number of you are something more specific. You're the one your friends call first. You're the therapist, the doula, the body worker, the somatic healer, the coach, the spaceholder. The one who holds space for a living. You've named a hundred clients' patterns. You've held a hundred collapses. And somewhere in all that holding, you stopped asking who's holding you.If that's you...you're not in the wrong place. You're exactly who this is for.

Who Am I?

I work with practitioners who've been guiding others through transformation for years and now need someone who can hold THEM through their own unraveling. For fifteen years, I've done womb healing, ancestral lineage tending, somatic integration, and ceremonial depth work.I know what it costs to hold space for others. I'm also a mother. Two of my children came into the world wired sensitive, wired sensory, feeling everything at a volume most rooms aren't built for. I'm raising them alongside a toddler. Regulation isn't a concept I teach clients. It's Tuesday morning, before anyone's eaten, in a house with three different nervous systems and one of me.I know what gets displaced in your own body when you're the one everyone turns to.I guide practitioners through the death-rebirth cycles they can't take their clients through. The marriage that's ending, the business model that's collapsing, the mother wound that's finally ready to be healed or cut, the version of yourself you've been performing that needs to die.I'm a Scorpio stellium, a 5/1 Projector, a threshold keeper. I see the patterns you've been living while helping others see theirs. I hold the space you've been holding for everyone else.If you're here, you already know: you can't guide others through a threshold you're standing on the wrong side of yourself.I help you cross it so your work can finally match who you're becoming.

What I Believe.

You can't guide others through a threshold you're afraid to cross yourself. You can't hold space for someone's collapse while performing stability in your own life. You can't be the truth-teller for your clients while lying to yourself about the relationship that's killing you, the business model that's burning you out, the version of yourself you've outgrown. Most practitioners are exhausted because they're living a split: holding depth for others, performing surface for themselves.I work with practitioners who are done with that split. The ones who know: the marriage needs to end. The offer suite needs to collapse. The mother wound needs to be healed or cut. The identity you built your business on needs to die.And you need someone who can hold you through it without needing you to be the healer, the guide, the one with the answers.Because the best guides are the ones who've been guided through their own becoming.

The Descent Methodology.

This isn't a course. It isn't a ten-step framework. It's a body-based, ceremonial approach to the death-rebirth cycles that show up at every real threshold. Grief, separation, identity collapse, the ending of a version of yourself that no longer fits. For practitioners specifically, that threshold carries an extra weight: your business is often built on who you've been.
Your clients know you as the version you're outgrowing. Ending the split between what you hold for others and what you've been avoiding in yourself isn't just personal work, it's the work that lets your practice finally tell the truth.
I don't give you a roadmap, because there isn't one for death. What I offer is witness, pacing, and a container that can hold the whole arc.
The death, the void, and the return without asking you to perform stability you don't have.

Hearth Tending Mentorship.

An ongoing voice correspondence. No calls, no calendar appointments just real connection, on your own time. There is a particular kind of tired that comes from being the one everyone reaches. If you're a practitioner, you already know this tired. You built your practice on being available and now the thought of one more scheduled call, even for your own support, can feel like a small betrayal of the little time you have left. This is not a scheduled call.Hearth Tending is a moving conversation, unhurried, asynchronous, held over voice. You send a voice note when something is alive in you: a client case that's snagging, a pattern you can't see the edges of, a question that's been sitting under your sternum for weeks.I receive it, I sit with it, and I respond by voice within the week, when the words are ready, not when a clock says they're due. What's included:*Unlimited voice note exchange. Send what you need, when you need it
*One 20-minute teaching, monthly recorded, not performed live
*Full access to the archive. Every teaching I've recorded, organized by theme.
Who this is for:
The practitioner who is 5+ years into her own work, who can name her patterns but hasn't yet broken them alone.

Ceremony.

I hold live ceremony a few times a year. Free, open, no offer attached. It's the truest way to feel how I actually work, before you decide whether there's more you want.If something here is landing in your body right now, reach out. I'll tell you what you need to know, at your pace, not mine. And if this isn't quite you, but it made you think of someone, a practitioner who's been holding everyone but herself send her here.Word from someone who's actually sat in the work means more than anything I could put on this page.
